Sie setzt sich aus einigen der bekanntesten Namen der Musikszene und den einflussreichsten Führungskräften der Branche zusammen. Die 2002 ins Leben gerufene ISC gilt weltweit als führender Wettbewerb für Songwriter und bietet aufstrebenden und etablierten Songwritern eine einzigartige Plattform, um ihre Musik einer Jury aus hochkarätigen Entscheidungsträgern der Musikbranche vorzustellen.

Zu den Juroren für 2025 zählen international renommierte Künstler, gefeierte Songwriter und Produzenten sowie Führungskräfte der weltweit renommiertesten Musikunternehmen wie Sony, Capitol, Columbia, Republic, Arista und anderen.

„Die diesjährige Jury zusammenzubringen, ist wie ein Dreamteam aus Musikvisionären zusammenzustellen“, sagte Candace Avery, Gründerin des International Songwriting Competition (ISC). „Ihr vielfältiges künstlerisches Schaffen und ihr globaler Einfluss steigern nicht nur das Ansehen des ISC, sondern bieten Songwritern auch die einmalige Gelegenheit, ihre Musik genau den Menschen zu präsentieren, die die heutige Musiklandschaft prägen.“ Mit einem Preisgeld von über 150.000 US-Dollar, darunter ein Hauptpreis von 25.000 US-Dollar, steht der ISC Amateur- und professionellen Songwritern aus aller Welt offen. Frühere Gewinner haben Plattenverträge und Verlagsverträge unterzeichnet und sogar Grammy Awards gewonnen. Nashville, TN, USA…August 14, 205 – The International Songwriting Competition (ISC) is proud to unveil its 2025 panel of judges, comprising some of the most iconic names in music alongside the industry’s most influential executives. Launched in 2002, ISC continues to be recognized globally as the premier competition for songwriters, providing an unmatched platform for aspiring and established writers to have their music heard by a panel of high-profile decision-makers in the music business.
The 2025 judges include internationally renowned recording artists, critically acclaimed songwriters and producers, and senior-level executives from the world’s most respected music companies such as Sony, Capitol, Columbia, Republic, Arista, and more.
“Bringing together this year’s judges is like assembling a dream team of music visionaries,” said Candace Avery, Founder of the International Songwriting Competition (ISC). “Their diverse artistry and global influence not only elevate the prestige of ISC, but also give songwriters an unparalleled opportunity to have their music heard by the very people shaping today’s musical landscape.”

With more than $150,000 in cash and prizes, including a $25,000 Grand Prize, ISC is open to amateur and professional songwriters from around the world.
